I appealed to Klaben for help, because of the persistent nature and the expense of repairing a problem that I was unable to resolve on my own (headlight issues). I was absolutely shocked with how receptive, understanding and helpful David was in taking responsibility for resolving the problem. Over two years after my purchase and without any warranty, he worked with a very knowledgeable Klaben Technician/Mechanic (Ryan D'Achille) to repair the problem at absolutely no cost to me. I owe David, the Technician, and Klaben Ford a significant debt of gratitude. Before this, I would have never believed any car dealer would go to the extent that Klaben did to stand by and care for a customer as they did in my situation. I have been a Klaben customer for over 25 years and I will never buy a car from anyone else!
