He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable of the product. Tnhw negotiations were without drama as well. And when there was a gap in time from me turning in my Explorer and to when the TLX would arrive I was put in a brand new loaner RDX. This service in particular was a challenge as my car malfunctioned, and required a tow to the dealership.
