A salesman's job is to sell, but often there seems to be smoke and mirrors or a fake friendliness associated with the person you try to make a deal with. This is not Charlie at all! I found him very sincere in his dealings, and he follows through with everything he says he will do. I guess when you enjoy your job it shows. I drove from out of state to this dealership because they had the right Mercedes, with the options I wanted. It was well worth the trip. It was only by chance I met Charlie at the dealership when I came in looking for someone else. I would certainly seek him out for my next vehicle purchase.
