On April 12th, I brought in my car to trade in and lease a new car. Drew was my point of contact and I can tell you he is the best. He really went above and behind for me. I felt that he was the only one th a new car. Drew was my point of contact and I can tell you he is the best. He really went above and behind for me. I felt that he was the only one that cares and that’s why I went with my lease. If it wasn’t for him I would have walked out. Today is April 30th and I’m still having to deal with getting my old trade in resolved. My old car has been sold but the payoff paperwork still hasn’t been sent to the lessor and I’m taking time out of my day to call the lessor and try to get them the paperwork. I called yesterday to New Century Honda and asked to talk to someone in finance but was hanged up on 7 times till I finally called Drew who stepped in on his off day to help me. As of today I’m still waiting to get closer on the trade in. I’m sorry to say but I don’t like getting the run around and dealing with a deal that I thought was supposed to be taken care of weeks ago. No communication from management or finance. I even went in to the dealer and Chris didn’t seem to care that I was still being billed for my old lease. I was told that he would get to the bottom of it and would call me with an update. He never called me back, once again Drew stepped in and called with an update. All I can say is that Drew is amazing and a pleasure to work with. Everyone else not so much. I hope this review gets to the right people and my old lease gets closed out properly. More
