Little to no communication from the service staff. I was told one price for service and upon pickup of my vehicle the price was now higher than the original quote with no explanation. Do not recommend! This told one price for service and upon pickup of my vehicle the price was now higher than the original quote with no explanation. Do not recommend! This is literally the worst experience I have ever had and did not expect this at a Toyota dealership. More

Car died 200 ft from dealer after picking up from a regular maintenance appointment due to shoddy service. There was debris around the air filter that didn't get cleaned out and fell into 1 of the tube regular maintenance appointment due to shoddy service. There was debris around the air filter that didn't get cleaned out and fell into 1 of the tubes near the filter when it got disturbed as they did the filter check. This caused the car to completely shut down. They got the car back to the dealership, did another check on the car and gave me a new filter for free but did offer to refund the cost a paid for the original service. More

Service was outstanding from the time I drove in to picking up my car. Dwayne gave me what options I had in the level of the 60k service I had instead of forcing me just on one. The service here is going down hill. Brought my brand new car into get its routine 5000 mile service and walked out with their service department damaging my car. Don’t bother coming here, take your car to R car into get its routine 5000 mile service and walked out with their service department damaging my car. Don’t bother coming here, take your car to Roseville Toyota. More
