Had my 2017 Prius C (90k miles) from 11/11/24 to 12/6/24. Communication was very limited throughout. Gave me a vague explanation for how they diagnosed the brake booster and brake booster assembly as the pro Communication was very limited throughout. I feel like this service should’ve been covered by Toyota’s Customer Support Program 24TE01, but instead had to pay $3,781.12. Bought my car new in 2017. Will not buy a new Toyota again. More

Dwayne put it all together for me quickly. He helped me decide to get my 30K service and offered a rental so that I could get some errands accomplished and return later that day. Expected detailed review of auto, (brakes, Fluids, tires etc), did not receive. Later found out I had to request. All previous Toyota Dealers did this as normal.
