Ed didn't even acknowledge that I walked in the door. He was my service provider and just set their quiet while I lost it in front of him while he was on his computer. Another service member acknowledged that we were there and when I told them what car we were there about then Ed piped up. While our battery was replaced we are still having an issue with some electrical clicking noise and had to take the vehicle back it is currently there now. Buick dealerships used to be top notch now they are no better than anything else. More

Service here was nothing short of amazing. I got in, they took the truck, I told them I would wait for the repair, they showed me the waiting room area and where coffee and drinks are. Got my keys and off we went. I came here after a horrible experience at Rick Hendrick GMC in Duluth where they cant even return phone calls let alone say a part is on back order and somehow Jim Ellis had it in 1day. More
