Customer Service Like No Other Elisha is an MVP!!! We're from the Chicago suburbs and while we were in Janesville for a youth sports tournament, our Expedition became undrivable. Th Elisha is an MVP!!! We're from the Chicago suburbs and while we were in Janesville for a youth sports tournament, our Expedition became undrivable. This happened over a weekend and I had no idea what we were going to do. Thank God for Boucher Ford and Elisha! Through their care line, she got in touch with me right away, EVEN ON A SUNDAY! Long story short, the engine needed to be replaced and Elisha did all the leg work and negotiations with our warranty company to make it as painless as possible. I couldn't imagine having gone through this without the care and attention that Elisha and the crew at Boucher Ford provided. Thank you all so very much! More

Service Work The team (staff) there at Gordie Boucher Ford has always been there for us. It doesn't matter what we have needed. They have always treated us as fam The team (staff) there at Gordie Boucher Ford has always been there for us. It doesn't matter what we have needed. They have always treated us as family. Most of them we know by name and they know me by name. It's like seeing one BIG Family. I've been in their shoes before so I know what it can be like. I have NEVER seen anyone that has been treated unfairly in all my visits. I stop by now and then just to say Hi because the way I'm treated. Everyone been great to my entire family. For that reason alone I don't go anywhere else for my auto needs. If it's service or time to replace my auto they're to ones I chose to go see. Had an appointment for an oil change, and tire pressure sensor checkup. The service tech was rude from the time I got out of my vehicle. she never notified me when my vehicle was finished. I was there a to sensor checkup. The service tech was rude from the time I got out of my vehicle. she never notified me when my vehicle was finished. I was there a total of 3 hrs waiting when it only took then 1hour to finish, I was very upset that this happened I just wasted 2hours waiting. She was so unprofessional. I hope this doesn’t happen again. I will not be scheduling any future appointments with this tech. More
