Friendly service. I have never had a bad experience at Gordie Boucher Janesville. The entire staff is friendly and very efficient. The facility is clean. Treated like family A good friend of mine referred me to this dealership, even though I wasn't exactly a Ford fan. I've purchased my last 5 vehicles from this dealersh A good friend of mine referred me to this dealership, even though I wasn't exactly a Ford fan. I've purchased my last 5 vehicles from this dealership (Joe Warne) for both my daughter & myself with 3 of those vehicles being Ford's and let me tell you I've never been happier about my decision. The minute I walked in the door and met my salesman whom was Joe Warne, I was treated like family. Joe Warne was truly a sincere, honest, informative, extremely helpful, polite gentleman and a pleasure to do business with, after all I continued to return for every car after that first one that he sold me. Besides Joe Warne, the entire staff there have treated me always with a pleasant, helpful, spectacular service, from the finance department, receptionist, fellow salesmen to the fantastic service staff! Thank You Gordie Boucher! It's been my pleasure. More

Service Plan When I purchased my truck I bought a service Plan and extended warranty. My service plan is for full synthetic oil changes every 12K miles, although I When I purchased my truck I bought a service Plan and extended warranty. My service plan is for full synthetic oil changes every 12K miles, although I usually get oil changes every 8K to 10K. At 64K miles I have had about 8 oil changes to date. That said I had never had problem getting what I paid for to date until yesterday. The service advisor told me my plan was for synthetic blend not full synthetic. I told her to look at the previous oil change appointments to verify I had alway gotten full synthetic oil changes previously, and she said she was. She also said she would check with the service manager. Before I left the desk I told her I would pay the difference if that was what it takes but do not put synthetic blend in my truck. I have 5 maybe 6 oil changes left on my service plan and I expect to get what I paid for without argument. My service file needs to be updated so that it shows full synthetic not synthetic blend. One would think that the service plan coupons would state the level of service plan I purchased, but I do not see that information on the coupons. I was also there for a issue with my truck. I told the service advisor what the problem was and what I thought the problem was. The information was added to the service report although my comments about what I thought the problem was was not added. the problem was diagnosed as what I told her it was and the problem was repaired and covered under the extended warranty. All and all happy with the service I received but did not get an explanation about the service plan mixup stated above. More

I had service done on my 2008 Focus I had the battery replaced, the oil changed and the tires rotated on my 2008 Focus. Kind and Helpful Staff I have had nothing but a great experience with this dealership over the past 4 years. The staff is always kind and listens to my concerns, whereas whe I have had nothing but a great experience with this dealership over the past 4 years. The staff is always kind and listens to my concerns, whereas when I was going to a traditional retail car repair shop I often felt like I wasn't taken seriously as a woman.
