Our initial contact was via the internet. We went through a program from work that used truecar. The initial communication was great. Some email, some texting. We set up an appointment to go in for a meet after receiving pricing that was favorable. We got a better price than we expected. Our salesman took us for a test drive to show us all the features of the car we were interested in. Then they went out and found us the car in the color we wanted and kept the discount we were getting on the car that was in stock. There was no pressure. Our finance guy was very helpful. Got us a great rate. We were very happy with every aspect of the experience. If I had to find something that was disappointing, they didn't have chocolate chip cookies. Hard to believe, isn't it.

Eloy Sosa worked hard to get me into a vehicle. He never gave up until I was approved and driving off the lot in something new. I appreciate it the kindness, the hard work and dedication. Tony Signorella finished off the deal with completing all my paperwork. He showed kindness and generosity until the end. Just bought my first car in 15 years. Did some research online and was responded to quickly and efficiently. Met with Al Smith, told him exactly what I wanted in the car, he had me test drive a car, which I fell in love with immediately. Al Smith answered all my questions about the car and about payment options. He made sure I was satisfied and happy with my purchase. Al Smith represents Toyota well. He is an asset to the organization. Erin H set up my initial meeting with Al. She was very helpful and pleasant. She made sure I was taken care of. Business manager Mike Sartino was a pleasure to work with, And made the finance process seamless. I recommend this organization highly.

Michael Miethke, Erin Heeb, and sales manager Chris Beto ensured my car buying experience was smooth, no pressure, informative, and extremely personable. The fact they introduce you to everyone from the service staff to other sales associates really tells you what kind of friendly, almost family, atmosphere they have and it shows to customers. 10/10 would buy again and recommend others to come to Lexus of Rockford.
