The location and inside of the dealership looks so welcoming and shows many interesting memorabilia from Subaru, connecting the history on what they stand for with their customers throughout the years, including the awards the dealership has won throughout the years. The Sojax team was very professional, from Sean who took the time to chat with us and offer us refreshments and snacks, while our Sales Consultant Kim was preparing our paperwork in which she was able to beat the Costco offer price as she promised before we even set foot at the store. The Sales Manager, Josh, was able to give us a better rate with Subaru Motors Financing at a rate of 1.9% for the term which is way better than what our bank offers which we accepted, as the Finance Manager, Ryan, was able to explain the terms and conditions which we understood quite clearly. We are very grateful for our new car, and will definitely let our family, friends and fellow veterans know about what Subaru of Jacksonville is all about as they have shown and delivered us the reason why they are the award recipient of being the #1 Subaru Dealer of the Year 2020 not just in the state of Florida, but in the entire USA (Hoorah!) This was an amazing adventure. I had been to another Subaru dealership that was not as professional or help as Mike Cohran. He showed me the features of the car in the lot before taking it on the stree Subaru dealership that was not as professional or help as Mike Cohran. He showed me the features of the car in the lot before taking it on the street - he drove the car first and pointed out the features, so by the time I drove the car I was comfortable with the features and the car. Mike also helped and advised me on the financing of the car so that I was able to get the Subaru I always wanted at a price u could afford. Thank you More

I had the best car-buying experience of my life at Subaru of Jacksonville with Juan Hernandez. He listened to me and patiently answered all my questions. Even though I didn’t buy the vehicle until the secon of Jacksonville with Juan Hernandez. He listened to me and patiently answered all my questions. Even though I didn’t buy the vehicle until the second time I visited the dealership he was never pushy or impatient. I was overwhelmed by the level of customer service I received. He even synced my phone to the car and made sure I had the driver’s seat and my mirrors perfectly adjusted for a comfortable and safe trip home. I can not recommend this dealership and Juan highly enough. When they say, “Welcome to the family,” they really mean it. More

Buying a Subaru? Buy here. This dealership is a distance from our home but they responded to our search with a positive and considerate attitude so we paid them a visit. We worked with a salesperson who may not have had all of the answers but then again most salespeople don't. This salesperson had no problem taking the time to get the answers. She was very careful to make sure she informed us of all of the benefits of owning and driving a Subaru. We went out with the idea that we would be buying a Subaru Outback and with her help we did buy a 2020 Subaru Outback. Everyone that we encountered at the dealership was pleasant and courteous.
