AJ helped me with setting up the financing of my new 2020 Forester. He assisted me while I waited for my salesperson Kimberly S to arrive at the dealership. I am a loyal repeat Subaru owner and am on my 4th Forester. I got my first one in its 1st model year 1998. I’ve been a SOJAX customer since late 1999. This is my 3rd one I purchased at SOJAX. I have always been very happy with the performance and reliability of my Foresters. In addition, the courteous and friendly sales and service staff have never made me consider or desire looking for another vehicle or dealership. I am always made to feel like a respected and valued customer. I can call with a question or walk into the dealership and they know me and always take good care of me and my vehicle’s needs. Being a female, it is also comforting to know I can generally expect and believe I am getting fair and honest treatment. Kimberly S.is great too. It is my 2nd Forester purchase with her and I felt well taken care of and not taken advantage of. I hope to be enjoying many years with my new Subaru Forester and will plan to continue to rely on SOJAX for all my servicing and routine maintenance needs. Michael (“Mike”) is a gem. My mother had tried to no avail to purchase a vehicle at two other dealerships. Each time, the vehicles were not as they had been described and the dealerships were very aggr avail to purchase a vehicle at two other dealerships. Then we found an Audi Q5 at this dealership While searching on-line. Mike became our point of contact. From the beginning, he was patient, super helpful, and just downright trustworthy. My mother was experiencing back issues and so couldn’t drive to Jacksonville to take delivery of the delivery. I love in D.C. and couldn’t make the trip down. Mike said “no problem, I’ll deliver it!” When he arrived, he treated my mother with so much kindness and patience. Everything was even better than he’d presented it. He even checked in on her for a few days following the sale, patiently answering her every question. She’s very happy. I would purchase from Mike again any day! More
