Marginal, but perhaps unduly influenced by the bad experience when I purchased my vehicle. Purely on my recent visit to service: I waited 90 minutes for an oil change! They didn't run the car throu experience when I purchased my vehicle. Purely on my recent visit to service: I waited 90 minutes for an oil change! They didn't run the car through a wash like they usually do. On the purchase side, they screwed me on two things: 1. I was supposed to get a third row of seats, but it did not have such. The response was that the document that I accepted did not specify three rows. The vehicle that I looked at and drove, did have a third row. I even discussed when placing my order that, seeing as I would have a third row of seats I wanted running boards. The response was that my purchase was handed over from Mr. Slick to Mr. Dumb and I should have checked everything that we had discussed with Mr. Slick over the preceding week. 2. I was told that the navigation updates were free and that was confirmed by the sign in the sales room at the time, but .... it wasn't in the contract. The good news was that the customer complaints manager, after scolding my carelessness, gave me a really ugly T shirt. More

My husband gifted me with a 1997 Toyota Avalon LXE in 2002 just before we married. It was by far the one car out of several previous vehicles I've owned that perfectly suited my taste for looks and comf 2002 just before we married. It was by far the one car out of several previous vehicles I've owned that perfectly suited my taste for looks and comfort and provided the greatest reliability of any of its predecessors. Oh, the road trips we enjoyed in that Avalon! She was a dream. Sadly, I lost my husband in 2017, and by 2020, my dear Avalon was facing her end days. Being alone (and especially after a hurricane scare when I feared I'd be stranded and unable to evacuate), I accepted that purchasing a new car was a priority. Yet I never dreamed I'd find an affordable replacement for my beloved Avalon. Coincidentally, while my car was yet once again in for repairs at Ray Brandt one Saturday, Abe Hassan called to tell me that a pre-owned Toyota in fine shape, and within my price range, had become available, and he was anxious for me to see it In fact, since I had to return to the dealership to pick up my car from service, anyway, Abe picked me up in the newer Avalon and allowed me to test drive it. I was ecstatic. Had I chosen a car myself, it would have been that very vehicle The FM dial was even tuned to my favorite station. :) Fred was very helpful made me feel he'd gone the extra mile when it came to working out the financing. And Bang was exceptionally efficient and expedient with the paperwork. When all was said and done, I could not have been more pleased! Ironically, during the pandemic, my driving seldom exceeds a six-block perimeter near home. But when Ida came knocking, however, I hit the road with two cats, a dog, and my favorite playlist. Leaving near midnight on that Saturday, the roads were empty, and I had plenty of space to kick back, crank up the music and once again enjoy the road in the car of my dreams. Excellent all around. Fred got me in touch with Alex who explained the car, took a test drive with me, got all the credit stuff taken care of like a pro while being awesome to talk to!
