I found everyone at Ferman BMW to be especially customer focused and they made the buying process fun and stress free! That’s the part that is usually something that people dread, but from the test drive to focused and they made the buying process fun and stress free! That’s the part that is usually something that people dread, but from the test drive to the closing, it was really a pleasure! Gary was especially kind and accommodating by allowing me to take the actual car that I was interested in off the showroom floor for an extra long test drive so I really got the feel of how the car performed. It made all the difference! Thank you everyone for making this a wonderful experience! (Leah was our Genius expert and she was wonderful too!) More

You must sign a document that says you wont say anything negative about them online, so probably why you don't see many negative reviews. They live up to the stereotype & reputation that car dealerships hav negative about them online, so probably why you don't see many negative reviews. They live up to the stereotype & reputation that car dealerships have, so kudos to them on that regard. Terrible communication. Sold me a brand new car with a scratch on the roof and stains on the seat and will not resolve . Will have you run around and get several quotes, only to stop all communication with you. Tire and wheel package is also a scam, do not replace dented/bent rims if they still hold air. Once you buy a car, they are not interested in making anything right. Everyone tries to pass the responsibility on to others, to avoid any accountability. More
