Gary was outstanding! I ordered a 2023 X7, doing most of it over email/phone. Gary was diligent in answering my many, many questions and working with me to make sure I go I ordered a 2023 X7, doing most of it over email/phone. Gary was diligent in answering my many, many questions and working with me to make sure I got everything I wanted. He kept me updated throughout the process, responded quickly to emails and phone calls. From ordering to the vehicle arriving at the dealership was about 3.5 weeks because they already had an allocation. When I arrived to take delivery, he had everything organized and ready to go. I appreciated that as I asked to expedite the process as much as possible because I had limited time. Very happy with my purchase experience with Gary and I love my new X7.
