I am always treated very well and their sales and financial staff are very helpful and go the extra mile to help me get into a new Honda. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. I always get top-notch treatment and attention. Service on every one of my cars has always been done by knowledgeable mechanics and I know when I get my car that it will operate as it is supposed to. I can drop in on the service department anytime without an appointment and they will do their best to take care of my needs. Zimmerman Honda is the best Honda dealership in my area and the only place I shop. I am a loyal Honda customer and its because I get loyalty in return. My salesman does everything possible to see to it that I am happy with my purchase and the service I received. More

What struck me was this visit was by no means unusual, rather I realized these folks are and have been that good for a long time. Gary, Enjoyed visiting with you yesterday. If Hondas weren't so reliable and easy to care for, we'd get to visit more often. I think Brent is the service member who has been with you for most of the 25 years or so that I've come to Zimmerman's (I did buy a used car in 1981 from Horst-Zimmerman, but then I was off and about the country for the next decade, so it doesn't really count). You've done a great job of bringing in new crew as the oldsters move on. Reece was a new face for me this time, and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. We noticed that my front tires had more tread than the rears, and even though a tire rotation was on the schedule, we decided we would wait and see for the next check up. And your waiting area let's me get a lot of grading done, especially convenient at this time of year. Overall - well done. Appreciatively yours, Andy More

They are extremely friendly and always explains things so you can understand it perfectly. Gary and AJ always keep you up to date on the status of you car and are willing to work with you to get your car in quickly. The technicians there are extremely friendly and will even come out and help explain any issues with your car. Besides the service department, the sales department is phenomenal! The sales reps will listen to your wants and needs and help you decide what car will best suit your needs and keep you on budget. Brian (GM) is right there to help and explain everything to you. They are very transparent and trustworthy unlike other dealers where they hide "extras" in your car deal. I HIGHLY recommend Zimmerman Honda to EVERYONE! I will not buy another car in the Quad Cities that is not from Zimmerman Honda. I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done nor can I brag about them enough! More

Seriously all our interactions with Zimmerman Honda from service, sales and financing have been fantastic. Randy was very patient with us during the process of deciding what our wants were in our new vehicle. He worked very hard in making sure I was getting what I wanted. He gave us time and space while we were making decisions. He located exactly what we had finally decided on. This was one of the most enjoyable experiences in buying a car we have ever had. There were no games, just black and white and extremely fair. There is no other dealership in the Quad Cities selling Honda's as GREAT as Zimmerman Honda.
