Being 1:30 away he was able to work the rental pick up with my local enterprise. The n Wednesday of the following week they were able to get my Mach-e in for service. I his highly impressed with the text with video link that was sent to me by Alex who did a video documenting the issue that was getting ping on with my Mach-e. Myself , my wife and several of our co workers and peers were also impressed that the tech and Klaben would send such an amazing video with great description of what was going on with the Mach-e. We were able to pick up the Mach-e on Thursday. At pickup I met with Gavin and also spoke with Aaron who were both great to meet. I was highly impressed by the enter interaction of all involved. Thank you Klaben for taking care of a customer that was not local and made us feel at home. More

Gavin was 5 star, he went out of his ear to make sure the root problem was addressed.
