We worked with Donroy Quilop. Donroy was very easy to work with and he listened to us (customer focused). We asked him if he could locate a Camry Hybrid XLE with a specific exterior color (which was not work with and he listened to us (customer focused). We asked him if he could locate a Camry Hybrid XLE with a specific exterior color (which was not in stock at Oakbrook Toyota). If he could, we agreed to purchase it at our negotiated price. He went into action and found one that met our requirements within minutes at another Toyota dealer. He had it sent to Oakbrook Toyota within hours. They checked it and had it ready for us the same day. We were very pleased with his action oriented approach and appreciate his expertise.
