I guess its my fault for not being specific about the fact that I wanted/needed telescopic camera for parking the car. In truth I thought all new cars had that feature since it was on my 2017 Murano. Perhaps a key question that salepeople should ask is "Are there any features that are important to you?" to ensure the customer understands what trim level they need to be looking at to get the features that are important to them. I just assumed a car with all that technology surely had a telescopic camera. Nearly every time I park the car, I get out and have to get back in and adjust it to ensure I am in the parking space properly. Its much larger than my Murano so this would have been a BIG help to me. More

Bob Tomlin was my service guy this past Thursday. I have known him over 14 years. I went from one Kia Rio (14 years), to my second one that I bought last October because of a car accident. To be h I have known him over 14 years. I went from one Kia Rio (14 years), to my second one that I bought last October because of a car accident. To be honest, if I didn't have the accident, I would still be driving the first Kia. I never had transmission or engine problems, just the normal wear and tear with over 150,000 miles. Bob has never lied to me about work needed and many times after a tire rotation and oil change, I was told that every thing was fine, nothing else needed. I drove a Saturn for years and every time I took it in for anything, there was always, always a huge expensive repair. It is a blessing to be able to call Bob Tomlin, tell him my concerns, if I have any, bring my car in to the dealership and know I will not be cheated just because I am a woman, but will always be treated with dignity and respect.
