Cat's friendly greeting (and chocolates) along with Steven's guided tour of the fascinating upstairs Volvo museum made the experience extraordinary. They accommodated my crazy schedule with a closing during a very busy time for them. I had a pre-commitment for financing at a good rate from my bank, but Henry got me a better rate.
