Examples: Never mentioned the $100 deductabke option on the platinum program Never mentioned the golf program option. I learned of those options today on the internet. The program covering tires , glass breakage and key bobs isn’t the one we wanted. Our stupidity! We told the person we had glass coverage and didn’t need that coverage. Today in reviewing the program documents we saw that glass coverage had been marked and we failed to notice it. Openness was definitely lacking.
