Excellent Service I live in Long Island City and over the last 20+ years have leased several cars from the LIC area...with less than average service in most cases. When it came time to trade in my car, remembering my experiences in this area, I dreaded shopping for a new one. My neighbor recommended Bayside VW. I was very glad a made the not-so-far trip to Bayside. Bayside VW restored my faith in car dealerships....they are real, honest people who treat their customers with sincere concern and respect. Inki Min was immediately very friendly and helpful, and gave me a very fair price (I had previously done a bit of research). Finalizing all the paper-work with Jade Benussi was quick and easy. Angelo Alexiadis was there in every step assuring that I was satisfied and had no questions or concerns. Thank you Bayside for a pleasant experience....p.s. I love my new car! More

Top Notch Service! We were in the market to lease a car and we were not happy with the "deals" offered by other dealerships. Bayside Volkswagen was the third dealership we had visited. We met with Jeff Schull and immediately felt like this was the place. We couldn't have asked for a nicer or more helpful salesman. We went on a test drive in the vehicle we were thinking of leasing and Jeff and Andrew were able to meet our budget without any of the back and forth you get from most dealerships. They made getting a car pleasant, which I had never experienced before. I always dreaded car shopping with the endless negotiations and the condescending tone and language most car salesmen use with women buying a car. Not here! These guys are pros. We were treated as though we had been dealing with them for years. And now we will! More

Terrific from the 1st email ... My lease was up on my Subaru and I wasn't sure what car to get. I contacted Bayside VW and .... Sally Morello - thank you for scheduling a test drive for me within minutes of you receiving my email. Mike Gao - I appreciate your straight forward selling approach - it is so refreshing not to go around and around and waste time. I dread getting a new car but you made it so easy and fun. You went above and beyond - your patience, recommendation to seek out new insurance and letting me use your phone to make it happen. THANK YOU! Jeff greeted us immediately and I told him what I wanted and needs were. We test drove the Atlas and boy oh boy it's a smooth vehicle. After chatting with Jeff and brand new appointed sales manager Andrew, they both worked their magic and made my experience great! Jade came in to close out the deal and it's refreshing to see a female in a Finance Manager role that's male dominant. Overall, Bayside Volkswagen is the place you go to to buy/lease your next vehicle. I will tell people about this location. Great work guys. More
