James Harris was AMAZING! Being a first time buyer, and a woman, I have heard all of the horror stories about car buying and was so nervous to go out of my budget. James was SO patient in every step of the process and made it possible for me to drive away in a 2022 Hyundai Tucson, and ALL within my budget and with Exceptional customer service. From waiting with us on the phone for the State Farm agent for almost an hour, to taking us on more than three test drives of different cars, James made my car buying experience one that I will not forget. Antwerpen Hyundai of Catonsville definitely has my business, all thanks to James, Angel, Karon, Kevin and the team! Huge shoutout to Angel for bringing such energy and truly caring about the customer, she truly took her time and took into consideration all of my concerns. Thank you again for an awesome experience! The young lady Amanda ( I believe is her name) is a customer service assistant not a mechanic, yet she believes she should decide the type of service customers receive oppose to what the customer reque customer service assistant not a mechanic, yet she believes she should decide the type of service customers receive oppose to what the customer requests or affording the mechanic the opportunity to provide an overview and inform the customer of his or her findings. I spent a whole day in the service center when all I needed was for her to document my request and allow the mechanic to check out my complaint. She is also quite rude and needs to stay in her lane. At the end of my service, she (my opinion) comes to me to ask me to give them a good rating and not take the rating out on her. To me, she knew she was rude and was trying to cover herself so I wouldn't complain about her in particular. I let her know that I would be completing this survey and notating my experience. The other issue I encountered nearly cost me $500. Maintenance should do all they can to help save the customer money, not all they can do to cause more expenditure. More

Joel Williamson really worked with me and didn't try to sell me out of my comfort zone. He was very attentive and held up to his word. He made you feel like he had your best interest at heart.
