My salesman Paul was incredible and filled me in all about my Lincoln MKZ Reserved Edition. He showed me how to setup my phone, figure out all the controls on the vehicle etc. The entire team at Heb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. As a sales person myself I am highly critical of other sales people and how they approach their profession.....All that I can say is that Christine was a breath of fresh air, incredibly accommodating, very thorough from configuration to delivery including training on how to use my new Lincoln Nautilus. She made the entire process smooth and easy. If you want to buy a Lincoln (I love my Nautilus Reserve) run don't walk to work with Christine. More
