I found a vehicle on CarGurus here and immediately knew I wanted to check it out. I went in with my husband on a Wednesday, met with Ryan who immediately sat us down and gave us information about the car. He wanted to check it out. He answered some questions for me, pulled the car up and let us test drive while another worker valued my trade in. When we returned from the test drive, I noticed some issues with the car and they confirmed the issues would be fixed before purchasing. They price matched the trade in value that another place gave us. We signed and put a down payment same day. Within 2 business days, Ryan called back to say the car was ready and we could finalize the paperwork. Even though Ryan was not on schedule the day we signed paperwork, he contacted us through text and made sure everything went exactly as planned with Jim who was also awesome to work with! The car was an out of state purchase and gets delivered right to our town hall to get it registered...at no cost! Ryan has been amazing to work with. There was no pressure to buy, he was extremely personable and easy to have a conversation with, as was Jim. Both men were also knowledgeable.
