satisfactory, not great The team there is very professional. Usually for my scheduled service/maintenance, the work and service is satisfactory. However my last visit there w The team there is very professional. Usually for my scheduled service/maintenance, the work and service is satisfactory. However my last visit there was a disappointment. My 2 year old Bmw (in warranty) pulls slightly to the left while driving. After check, I was recommended to change my 2 year old front tires as they appear to be slightly worn in the sides which could be a cause of the pull. I would have expected an alignment check atleast. Rather I was provided an estimate of new tire cost for replacement (though these tires are just 2 years old 25K miles and no significant signs of wear n tear) and an estimate for alignment as well. More

Jamie once again made my experience flawless. My vehicle X5 BMW had been serviced early this Spring. Last week I found I was having the same exact problem. I was able to get in with no wait and My vehicle X5 BMW had been serviced early this Spring. Last week I found I was having the same exact problem. I was able to get in with no wait and Jamie’s was able to accommodate me with a loaner. My car was fixed within a couple of days and it was covered by the dealership warranty. I’m very pleased. More

Last free service under warranty, All went well with this our final service under factory warranty.With only 11,300 miles on our 2014 series 435i convertible we intend to purchase a 3 All went well with this our final service under factory warranty.With only 11,300 miles on our 2014 series 435i convertible we intend to purchase a 3 yr extended warranty from Joe Cleaver by June 15-2018. Joe was our original service writer before he moved to mini.We hope to purchase the generation series 4 convertible when it enters the mark place in 2020-2021. More
