I have mixed reviews about this place. I've had good and bad experiences. Biggest issue I see is the lack of professionalism in the oil change area by the young employees. It seems as there's no supervision, guiding them on how to act professional in front of customers. I've expressed this to other employees supposedly those over those individualsa couple of times but not seen any changes in the multiple times i've been there. Roughhousing and playing on their phones.It doesn't make me want them working on my car. As well as climbing into my car, all greasy with nothing to protect my seats. More

Janessa in financing was awesome to work with. She was professional and listened to our needs. Mason, the sales rep, was not helpful. He seemed even irritated working with us. He would not wash the car, but tried pushing an expensive ceramic coating that required a wash. The Prius was nearly out of gas and he wouldn't fill the tank. We liked the dealership, but working with Mason not a good experience. We drove over 7 and a half hours to get there and thought we would be treated a little better. More

Everyone provided great customer service. I was disappointed with the detailing and the overall inspection before selling the car. I live 70 miles north of the dealership. As I was driving ho I was disappointed with the detailing and the overall inspection before selling the car. I live 70 miles north of the dealership. As I was driving home after picking up the car I noticed the tire pressure light was on. When I got home I was told I had a reverse light that was out. Upon checking the light out I found that there was not even a bulb in the socket. When I opened the back window I found it covered with dirt. I brought it back to have running boards installed ( which I am very happy with) and they found a leak in a boot that they had replaced before selling the car. I had to bring it back to have that repaired. When they were repairing the leak they also replaced one of the tire pressure sensors. Now that is all in the past, I am really liking the car. I give the customer service 5 stars from the minute I walked in the doors. I just think that the initial inspection was rushed and a lot was missed. More
