I had an oil change in September and the agent advised me that the yellow indicator on my front brakes meant they needed to be fixed. I made an appointment for the brakes but when I arrived, I was told I di that the yellow indicator on my front brakes meant they needed to be fixed. I made an appointment for the brakes but when I arrived, I was told I did not need to have the brakes fixed. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me that a hybrid can go a long time in the yellow zone. I wasted an hour and a half. Your service agents need to have more experience before advising clients to have such a costly repair, especially when not even necessary More
