The undercarriage of my car has a panel that needs clips. I was told it would cost $500 to correct. I believe this is an intentionally design flaw that requires repair and should be paid for by Toyota. I pai I was told it would cost $500 to correct. Mayne I should request a refund of that large fee and go somewhere else for my repairs In the future. After my loyalty to your company this feels like a betrayal. Thank you. More

My last visit was awful; I was there 3 1/2 hours for something that should take 30 Minutes. I had an appointment not just walk-in. I also was surprised with $95 fee that nobody told me before.
