This dealership had 2 which was great - the Internet Team, Shawn and John followed up after our inquiry. They coordinated a meeting on the weekend w Mike Sinclair. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable and treated us well. He engaged his manager, Derek, and we worked out a good deal for all. Finance team helped with a new warranty. Finally a good East Coast VW Dealer I had to buy a car for my son...I was out of state though. So I called a bunch of east coast dealers in the Philly, DE and Maryland areas.....wow wh I had to buy a car for my son...I was out of state though. But North Penn was awesome, very straightforward, professional and honest with great customer service. Any they had the best price too.
