Every interaction I had with Jason , from first meeting to final delivery was performed with the utmost attention to detail and professionalism. I came into Northside Lexus with my wife and my 19 year old son that day. It was my son's his first car purchase . I really appreciated that Jason used this sales interacton to walk-through and educate my son on the car buying process. Jason tactfully used the time with us to make my son aware of the mis-conceptions he had about purchasing a car. He used our purchase as a great teachable moment for him. I also want to point out the excellent service provided by Jeff Cullingford in the finance department. He also took the time to familiarize my son with the finace process. I appreciate the effort he made to obtain the financing required to complete the deal. Jeff also assisted me with my previous purchase at Northside Lexus. Okay, so I drove from another state to Northside Lexus tracking down a specific vehicle. When I arrived I was greeted at the door by an energetic salesman that was definitely happy to be at work and in a tracking down a specific vehicle.
