The salesperson was great and worked with us. But when he needed help the management team was not as good. I put a five hundred deposit down and when I came to pick up the car with a check amount that they g needed help the management team was not as good. I put a five hundred deposit down and when I came to pick up the car with a check amount that they gave me they said they couldn’t apply the deposit because they figured the sale tax wrong. The fiancé guy was a jerk saying that state was going to put a lien on the car because of the tax. Just before I left I went to the general manager and he agreed to give me my refund. I am afraid I can’t give Carrie Motors a recommendation More
