New vehicle was not working correctly. Started with a dead battery and continued into a failed AC condenser coil. They're making it right and sent me home in a brand new loaner vehicle, bu Started with a dead battery and continued into a failed AC condenser coil. They're making it right and sent me home in a brand new loaner vehicle, but it took two weeks in their shop on the repairs and then they noticed they damaged the door and had to send it to a body shop for more repairs. I am still driving a car that isn't mine for an undisclosed amount of time until mine is finished and delivered to me. I'm not knocking the dealership, but this has been one thing after another and is still not resolved. I haven't even been allowed to drive the car yet and I'm less than two weeks from having to make my first payment on it. More

As always, Jeff Rizzi and Christopher in the service department took care of us. We arranged to drop-off the car the night before and they've allowed us to do late pick-up after service has closed which department took care of us. We arranged to drop-off the car the night before and they've allowed us to do late pick-up after service has closed which is needed so that we can have the vehicle serviced while we are working. We receive a notification in the morning that they have the vehicle and will call if they have any questions or to let us know that the vehicle is finished.
