They always forget to do something that is required to
do. First time rotated the tires and didn't recalibrate the sensors in them. So know my front tire is low but it's the back that hadt the nail it wit

Second time they changed oil and didn't reset oil life. And third thing schedule an appointment on the app list what we are brining it in for. So when we get there they tell us that they don't have time to do that work. So I need to come a different day. They should have given us a heads up for that knowing we are coming in for work.

Except for warranty issues, I will not be returning to

Despite having an appointment, I was told it would be 3 hours. They offered no shuttle service so I could return to my office nor to pay for any Uber. It turned out that they took over 4 hours to complete the service. When I inquired why it took so long, I was told they were short on mechanics. Had I known all of this beforehand, I would have made arrangements for a ride. Also, staff wasn't very friendly. I've purchased 3 high-end vehicles from this dealership and expected better service than that. Very dissappointed.
