The sales staff is great (Sara and Mary Jo) but the finance manager and service staff is not. I feel there is dishonesty when getting the car serviced in that they always seem to find other issues and finance manager and service staff is not. Granted we did not pay close enough attention when signing the financial docs but he clearly took advantage of that. More
