Shaun Kaefer did a wonderful job making my new vehicle purchase quick and hassle free. I was transferred to someone’s personal phone when I first called Weston Kia and that gentleman told me to call back purchase quick and hassle free. I was transferred to someone’s personal phone when I first called Weston Kia and that gentleman told me to call back and asked for Jennifer Pierce. So, I did and Jennifer handed my call over to Shaun. I do not appreciate sales managers or any sales associate handing me over to another associate and I usually refuse to buy from sales teams that do. But Shaun was able to save the sale. I really appreciate Shaun’s great customer service skills, and his effort to make sure all the paperwork was ready when I arrived. Due to Shaun’s work ethics and his exceptional service, I was able to fly from SMF to PDX where Shaun picked me up and drive back to Carmichael, California the same day just missing the snow chain requirements over the Siskiyou Summit. Thanks again Shaun, excellent job and I will reach out to you for my next new purchase in a year or two. More

I never thought going through a car dealer to buy a car would be a pleasant thing. This was perhaps the most enjoyable car purchase I ever made. The Weston people are so unlike your run-of-the-mill car d would be a pleasant thing. This was perhaps the most enjoyable car purchase I ever made. The Weston people are so unlike your run-of-the-mill car dealer types. Laid back, professional, and transparent are the words to describe Weston. My salesperson Art was fantastic and so easy to work with. I never got any of the traditional car dealer vibes that make you want to take a shower when you’re done. I got a great car (Ford Mustang Bullitt) at a fair price. Weston also gave me a fair price for my trade-in. I’m really happy and would recommend Weston to other people. Driving from Tigard to Gresham is never fun, but at least they made it worth the effort. More

Nice and clean service center, and the rest of the dealership was nice too. I appreciate the numbered spots for ease of pick up.
