There’s too much to explain here in full, but due to the severity of the situation, my attorney will be contacting corporate directly. In short, the customer service was unacceptable — no one seemed to know severity of the situation, my attorney will be contacting corporate directly. In short, the customer service was unacceptable — no one seemed to know what was going on, and the entire process was disorganized from start to finish. They attempted to pass a service charge on to me that the warranty company had actually instructed them to continue to diagnose because they needed more information. The only updates I received were vague mentions that they needed “more time to diagnose,” yet they tried to bill me hourly for that time. To make matters worse, I was told the vehicle was ready for pickup via tow — only for the tow truck to arrive and find that the car was not, in fact, ready. The lack of communication, poor service, and mishandling of the situation made for a completely unacceptable experience. More

I went to get a service done but it was not done. This is the worst place to get your service done. This is not the first time I had issues with them. If Justin was the closing/finance guy, he was efficient and very knowledgeable. I am not at all happy with your service department. When I purchased the vehicle. I was told by Russell that the kick sensor and very knowledgeable. I am not at all happy with your service department. When I purchased the vehicle. I was told by Russell that the kick sensor was not installed but I should call the service department after a couple of months to see if you received them in and they would install at no charge to me as it should have been on the vehicle in the first place. I called and spoke with a representative in the call center who stated that the parts were in and scheduled an appointment for me on Monday February 17. I drove 75 miles from my home to the dealership. I pulled my car into service and handed over the keys. 2 hours later, I was told that the parts were not in stock and I would have to come back. I asked to speak with a supervisor and Jeremy came over to discuss it. I told him that I was told the parts were in and scheduled that appointment. I was not driving all the way back AGAIN. This was YOUR error! Jeremy told me that he would call me to discuss a coupe of options the next day. I left with no kick sensor. Jeremy didn’t call the next day but did call 3 days later and left a message asking for me to call him back to discuss options. I called back the number he indicated a few days later, received voice mail and left a message that I was returning Jeremy’s call. THAT WAS AT THE END IF FEBRUARY. NO ONE IN SERVICE HAS YET CALLED ME BACK TO GIVE ME OPTIONS ON GETTING MY KICK SENSOR INSTALLED. I would appreciate getting a call from the service manager to review my options of getting this taken care off. More
