Friendly service and they got the problem presented fixed. The service manager was great too! She was genuinely interested in identifying my issues. Somehow my car’s computer got messed up though. I am very loyal to Smythe Volvo, am driving my third Volvo purchased there. Lovely people, very skilled staff and technicians. I think that Smythe could absorb that fee as a 'good faith' cost of doing business. Just an annoyance, it won't keep me from returning for service or sales. More
