I loved how I was treated when I came in the lot. I was greeted with a friendly face and a handshake. James asked each of our names and acknowledged everyone. Then he listened to what I was looking f I was greeted with a friendly face and a handshake. James asked each of our names and acknowledged everyone. Then he listened to what I was looking for in a minivan and got me all the information about it. He brought a minvan around let me test drive it and showed me all the features. He never pressured me which I was very pleased by. The whole experience was easy and painless. I would recommend this dealership and Jim to everyone. More
