I purchased a pre-owned 2020 Toyota Siena XLE Premium from Mercedes of Silver Springs. My salesperson Ashley Ellis and the entire team did an excellent job and provided excellent service. I was able to purchase the vehicle and a warranty for an excellent price. Ashley was kind and courteous and answered all of my questions. The finance manager, Dorit Figueroa was great to work with and she gave me a great deal on a warranty without being pushy or trying to sell me anything I didn't need or didn't want. I was very comfortable working with her. The General Manager, Jim Elefantis stopped by and made sure that I was receiving excellent service. I'd like to commend Jim and his entire team for a job well done. I would definitely recommend friends and family to purchase a vehicle from Mercedes of Silver Spring. More

They accommodate my busy schedule and have even dropped my car off at work, always going the extra mile to show that they appreciate their customers. I am especially grateful for Adam Rew’s honesty and flexibility, as well as Jim Elefantis for his friendly patience, and Darrell Fenton for keeping me in the loop with repairs and timing. The car service at this location is HORRIBLE! The advisors are inaccessible. They make no effort to observe appt times. They didn't put my car back together. Quite possibly the most unprofessional dealership I have encountered, especially amongst luxury brands. A true detriment to the Mercedes brand. Did deal through MBUSA.com website, including pre-approval thr encountered, especially amongst luxury brands. A true detriment to the Mercedes brand. Did deal through MBUSA.com website, including pre-approval thru Mercedes Benz Financial at full listed price. Dealer then raised price $4000 and sold to another party while travel arrangements were being arranged to pick up vehicle. True bait and switch. Jim Elefantis GM response was "first come first serve" until last minute. Caused unnecessary credit change as well as cost for wire transfer etc. Stay Away! More

My wife and I recently came to the dealership looking for a performance SUV. We were immediately greeted, I told the sales associate that I wanted to test drive and see the difference between the GLC 43 and a performance SUV. We were immediately greeted, I told the sales associate that I wanted to test drive and see the difference between the GLC 43 and 63 AMG. We talked about the cars for a few mins and then he sat down at his computer and looked up the inventory. He said that there weren't any GLC 43 AMG left (even though the website listed 4) but I understand that the website can be old information. However they did have a GLC 63 AMG on the lot. He disappeared to talk to his manager and then returned saying that I couldn't test drive the car. He said the car is expensive (listed at 96k) and that they don't offer test drives of those cars. He went on to say that people who are interested in that car know they want it and don't need to test drive it. And that the customers that buy it don't want any miles on the car so they don't allow test drives. This is very disappointing to me as I would never spend that much money on a car without driving it first. I had just come from their sister BMW dealership where I drove an X3M (listed at $85k) and I had also gone to their sister Porsche dealership where I wanted to drive a Macan Turbo and while they didn't have one on the lot the manager let me drive his personal car (worth more than the GLC 63 AMG). I don't know if the Mercedes dealership has this policy in place for everyone or they just chose to not allow me the test drive. But I'm certainly not going to choose this car over the BMW or Porsche without test driving it and now I'm going to look for another MB dealer who actually wants my business. More
