Everything has changed with New service advisors not being very educated about the cars they are servicing. Like saying when checking on car that the work hasn't started, then 2 minutes later you get a being very educated about the cars they are servicing. Mindy helped me and told me what was wrong and what was recommended. She was nice about it. She was capable to inform me with the information that she got from the crew who was going to work on the care recommended. She was nice about it. The first thing she did was to read what Jim had put in my record the last time I saw him and he was on target. She did listen to me and made me feel like she was interested in my problems. I do miss Jim. I would like to send him a gift if I had his address because he was nice and attentive to this old lady. Could you give me his address or if I brought a gift card for him, would he get. I like that Toyota is not far from where I live I would have made it if it was further away. More
