I live in Florida. My transmission was slipping and I had lost about 5 mpg over my routine. I called and asked about having someone look at the transmission. I said if My transmission was slipping and I had lost about 5 mpg over my routine. I called and asked about having someone look at the transmission. I said if you need to drop the pan I would like you to change the 2 filters inside the transmission. The phone guy said bring it in and we’ll see if we can work you in. The Man I talked with once I got there was told the same story. He said we have an 81 point inspection . I said ok you can do that too. Later in the day I got a message telling me my air filter was dirty and my battery needed replaced. I said what about my transmission . The man said it’s good it says it’s good. I asked did they check the fluid? He said I really don’t know what they check. I said did they do a transmission inspection and he said yes it’s part of the 81 point inspection. So I googled what that meant as far as Honda is concerned. I didn’t buy a filter or a new battery. When I got to Florida they did another free 81 point inspection and said filter is slightly dirty but your battery is fine. It’s a beautiful place but xxxxty service. I’ll go to a corner garage up by union college next time and get what I want. I’ll never be back More

I stopped for a quick chat with a serviceman to see if it was ok to drive with cmbs warning on and he took the time to explain everything about. Got a fairly appointment the same week. I had a very short wai was ok to drive with cmbs warning on and he took the time to explain everything about. Got a fairly appointment the same week. I had a very short waiting time for the repairs. I did not wait there so Jim called me when my car was ready to pick up. Jim took time to explain what happened and how to turn off the cmbs when necessary when driving through a long construction zone. Fast reliable service! More
