Jim really worked hard to make sure we got a fair price that worked within our budget for the car we wanted. Anna in financing was also very professional and absolutely delightful to work with, she did a great job explaining all the "terms of agreement" with us and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase. As a whole the dealership really checked off all the boxes for us during our car buying experience. From staying late on a Friday night when I came to test drive in the rain, and ultimately purchase my Sienna, so patiently walking me through everything, including how to unlock my credit, to then staying late the next night when I was running late to bring my trade-in to the dealership during a huge rain storm, to helping me get a CD I had left in my old car, and answering every single question I had in-between. This is the kind of service that creates repeat customers. I will never buy from another dealership. What I really liked was neither were high pressure salesmen which immediately made me feel comfortable, unlike the dealership in Santa Barbara. Jim was patient and responsive to my phone calls. By the time I made up my mind to purchase this car (took a few months), there were none left at any of the southern California Toyota dealerships in the color and trim I wanted. So Jim went the extra measure to find one that was due off the ship later in the month to a different dealer and did some sort of magic to have it go to Ventura. The price they quoted me early in the process was the same as what I paid in the end. No pressure to purchase any add ons. I really appreciate how my experience was so straightforward! More
