My local dealers called my home and continued to call, never gave me the best price quotes on the truck I was interested in. My local dealers also kept trying to low ball me on the value of my trade. Frustrated, I decided to look outside my local area for my new truck. I contacted, by email, Charles Maund Toyota in Austin. They promptly emailed me on the specific truck I was interested in, and gave me their best price. They never called me or pressured me in any way. I drove up to Austin and met with Joe Buantello, the Internet Sales Manager. He had my 2017 Toyota Tacoma Sport, in the exact color & with all the options I requested, clean, full tank of gas, and ready to drive off the lot! My trade was evaluated promptly and offered me a very fair price on my trade. He even tinted my windows and put nitrogen in my tires for free! I was in and out of the dealership in less the 90 minutes with my new truck. Just wish they had a dealership in San Antonio so I could do my scheduled maintenance there. More

I requested a quote for a 2017 Tacoma online and he emailed me the next morning with an offer that was $500 less than invoice. I made an appointment to drop by after work and he had the truck pulled up front of the dealership so we could take a look at it while my current car was being appraised. The appraisal came back lower than I expected but I was able to negotiate it $1500 higher without much trouble. Once I was through finance, it was already 2 hours past closing, then I had to clean out my car. They didn't try to rush me by any means. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience and the patience of Joe and Brandon for staying so late. More
