I have bought all my new cars from Sapaugh for the past 21 years. I like the salespeople, especially Brian Hankins, my salesman. I always bring my car to Sapaugh for service. I have been on the hunt for an anniversary edition Ford Mustang GT and found a dealer in Michigan that had two I was trying to purchase after a few weeks and not being able to get a straight answer since t Mustang GT and found a dealer in Michigan that had two I was trying to purchase after a few weeks and not being able to get a straight answer since the cars were on consignment I started looking elsewhere. I found one here at Sapaugh and as soon as I called I spoke to Mike Daugherty who is the salesman that made this the easiest and most simple car purchase I have ever made. Right from the start we talked numbers condition and transport. Mike was straight forward and honest told me what to expect. In less than 10 minutes we had everything done. I live in Ohio so this purchase was made solely on trust and the word of my salesman. I can tell you as soon as I got the car I knew I was dealing with an honest salesman and dealership car came in it was just as described and looked even better in person. I just wanted to thank the Sapaugh family for helping me find the perfect truck. Everyone from Rick Gerber my salesman, Mike Reagan in finance and finally Joe Clemens Sapaugh’s General Manager. These days i find the perfect truck. Everyone from Rick Gerber my salesman, Mike Reagan in finance and finally Joe Clemens Sapaugh’s General Manager. These days it’s rare to work with the GM. Throughout the buying process Joe Clemens talked to me before the sale to see what I was looking for and paired me up with a salesperson that made the most sense to what I was looking for. When I found the vehicle that matched my criteria Rick my salesman really took the time to answer any questions I had. There was absolutely no high pressure selling. Then I went to financing with Mike Reagan (the best in the business) and that went so smoothly. Finally I got another visit with Joe Clemens. He just wanted to make sure I has happy with my new truck and asked me if there was anything else he could do. It’s refreshing to receive such great service. Joe Clemens runs a tight ship and definitely makes sure EVERYONE leaves happy! Thanks Joe!!! More
