The sales team is the greatest but I can’t say the same thing about service. The appointments times are approximate, I am told sometimes they have to finish the cars from the prior day first and I have to thing about service. We had an awesome experience with test driving and picking out which color we would love!! Rich spent a lot of time to show us the ins and outs of our new car. It was a great experience.
