Great experience at the BMW store! Paul did a great job explaining and tailoring our BMW X5 and 440xi buildouts to fit our needs. When Paul was off there Dean stepped in and provided the same outstanding sales support. Susan was wonderful explaining and getting us comfortable with all of the features and functionality of cars! Ric provided us with goodie bags at checkout and gave us confidence that the entire BMW Store team was behind us on our purchases. Joe jumped in when we had a minor seat noise issue with one of the cars. It was quickly resolved. Eric made the finance part of the purchase transparent and easy. Overall, a wonderful experience! Worth the drive We just bought our 4th BMW from the BMW store since 1995. We moved from a 2000 X5 to the 2019 model -- suffice to say a ton of new technologies. Our sales person, Dean, and "Genius" Susan have been super helpful and patient. Also, we have only had our cars serviced at the dealership since 1995 with outstanding results. The service team, with manager Tim, are responsive, honest, and deliver great service. We like that The BMW Store is a family owned dealership that only does BMWs, not part of a multi-dealership corporation. we have a BMW dealer 5 minutes from our home, but drive the 30 minutes to get to the BMW Store --- very different place. More
