Worth the drive We just bought our 4th BMW from the BMW store since 1995. We moved from a 2000 X5 to the 2019 model -- suffice to say a ton of new technologies. Our s We just bought our 4th BMW from the BMW store since 1995. We moved from a 2000 X5 to the 2019 model -- suffice to say a ton of new technologies. Our sales person, Dean, and "Genius" Susan have been super helpful and patient. Also, we have only had our cars serviced at the dealership since 1995 with outstanding results. The service team, with manager Tim, are responsive, honest, and deliver great service. We like that The BMW Store is a family owned dealership that only does BMWs, not part of a multi-dealership corporation. we have a BMW dealer 5 minutes from our home, but drive the 30 minutes to get to the BMW Store --- very different place.
