On 10/18/2025 I was in for service on my 2023 Toyota Tacoma ! Just sitting minding my own business when I received a text that we want to buy your truck ! The lady sales person was very nice named Cassi Tacoma ! Just sitting minding my own business when I received a text that we want to buy your truck ! The lady sales person was very nice named Cassie ! However’ she told me that she could make sure I would have a lower truck payment and unfortunately being new she lied to me as I don’t blame it all on her as I’m sure that’s how John Barr’s team trains their new sales team to lie to the customers including VIPS on the price of their inventory. The manager who helped both myself and my wife out Did get the truck down to 715 a month ‘ but here’s where the bait and switch comes in ! It was 715.00 going into the finance department and then to get the extended warranty is where the Bait and switch comes in ! The finance officer already has it in his mind how to get a large bonus in his mind and screw the customer! Like I said here’s where they get you every time you purchase a new car or truck from this agency. First they mark up the truck which other Toyota dealerships in Las Vegas don’t ! Then they throw on the charm to get you to purchase other things that are totally marked up so they make their extra money and putting it to the customer and VIP ! They say you need GAP, Then you need a 8 year extended warranty, then there’s a tire and rim warranty that doesn’t come with the actual sale of the truck ! This dealership is probably actually run by the mob as their business practices are exactly like the mobs business model. The dealership isn’t ever out to help the customers, but to screw them especially JOHN BARR’S FINDLEY TOYOTA and his team. When it was all said and done after I was told I could get a newer truck for less payments they already lied to the customer! So don’t trust Findley Toyota to ever tell the customer the truth , be cause when they have their mouth running it’s all lies ! I’m a VIP customer with this dealership and they even lie to their VIPS to sell you a car ! More
