I have lived in Tucson, AZ since 2001. I have a passion for Steelers football, good food, and better beer. I love to run, bike, or swim every morning. I have learned two things in life: 1) Never say never 2) It's never to late to change or improve oneself!

Trent Nichols was very knowledgeable and was able to place me in the perfect car (#AskforTrent). Jennifer Duran was very helpful throughout the entire process as well. I am in love with my car and I couldn't have asked for a more seamless process. I would highly suggest Tucson Subaru to anyone who may be looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

Consumer Friendly Subaru of Tucson was a very friendly and consumer fun place to shop for a new car. The business communicates a very positive feeling with this partial Subaru of Tucson was a very friendly and consumer fun place to shop for a new car. The business communicates a very positive feeling with this partially coming from the high volume of Subaru sales. I had the opposite feeling from the neighboring Toyota dealership. The whole experience of buying a new car is always somewhat "Nerve-racking" with many decisions. Kevin McDougal was good a providing some empathy and compassion with my obvious anxiety with the process. In fact, all those employees were great at putting me and my wife at ease. I wish car buying could be a bit simpler but it is a big decision with an accompanying multi-hour process. I highly recommend Subaru of Tucson. Our new Ascent has exceeded our expectations (Engine response, CVT transmission, interior, tradition maintenance schedule, braking). Consumers Reports is wrong with its glowing review, the car is better. More

No professionalism from the Service Director as well as the GM. Not customer focused and ultimately try to take advantage of its customers to benefit their agenda. Read reviews on multiple sources and find the track record to be smudge worthy. This service department has a Director that assumes ideals rather than rely on research and facts. We have been extremely mistreated and will go through every channel possible to expose these individuals for the unprofessionalism and mishandling of every aspect we’ve experienced. More

Came with a question, left with my dream car I've wanted a WRX for as long as I can remember (15 years+), and this week that dream became a reality. In a nutshell, I had a Civic SI and wanted to price out a type r a local dealership had. After being told of an 11k price hike (ridiculous...), we decided to see how much getting into the base WRX would cost. As the base wasn't on the lot, we planned to come back after it arrived in 2 weeks, but just after our visit, Jacob asked if the WRX Limited would work. I loved it...but knew I couldn't afford it. Fast forward to now, they made it work, and I'm an insanely proud owner of my own Rex. It's funny to some, but I have accomplished a dream I've had for nearly 2 decades. Heck, I've even applied for the Subaru Ambassador in southern Arizona, hoping for a reply when spots open up. Bottom line, I couldn't be happier, the establishment at Tucson Subaru is second to none...I'm looking forward to an incredible future with them and this amazing car. More

How All Car Dealerships Should be Maybe it's because this was my first Subaru purchase, but I had no idea that buying a new vehicle could be such a pleasant experience. From the mo Maybe it's because this was my first Subaru purchase, but I had no idea that buying a new vehicle could be such a pleasant experience. From the moment that sales rep Mike Henry first greeted me on the dealership lot, I got the feeling that things are done differently at Tucson Subaru. Mike was full of information about every aspect of the car, including features that I wasn't aware of even from my extensive research beforehand. I did the test drive, and then left and went elsewhere to test-drive Honda CR-Vs and Toyota RAV-4s. Then, I knew I needed to go back to Tucson Subaru. I probably would've been happy with any of those other SUVs, but more than any other single factor, it was probably Mike's knowledge, professionalism, and low-key sales approach that brought me back to Tucson Subaru. Even the price-negotiation process wasn't the adversarial ordeal that we've all endured at other dealerships: there was none of the long, drawn-out waits as a salesperson disappeared for an eternity, and none of that endless back-and-forth with a "sales manager" or "closer" in a battle of wills, as all other car retailers subject us to. Did I make an absolute killing on the price of my Forester? No, but I nonetheless got a very good deal, I think, and it wasn't the root canal type of experience that I've gone through elsewhere. Closing out the purchase with Louie Ascencio in the Finance department was also a surprising exception to the norm: I didn't get the hard-sell on how my life would be ruined if I didn't buy the extended warranty or some other profit-generating add-on. Louie was cordial, polite, and quick: in no time, the purchase was wrapped up. But before leaving the dealership, Mike walked me around to every department and introduced me to key people, such as service managers and advisors. And then, after the sales was closed, the manager stopped by to get my thoughts on my experience there, asking me what they did right, and what they didn't. You don't get that at most car stores. If you want to spare yourself some grief and frustration (and an entire Saturday or two), make sure you go to Tucson Subaru before bothering with any of the other dealerships. More

Almost Perfect Everything was great until the night I drove my Subaru off the lot. Went to dinner and a bunch of yellow lights all came on at once - this was Day 1. Everything was great until the night I drove my Subaru off the lot. Went to dinner and a bunch of yellow lights all came on at once - this was Day 1. Called Chris and he said to take car in first thing next morning, which I did. Service department spent 4 hours doing diagnostics and it turns out somebody had not connected a hose to the turbo system at the factory. One of two incidents in the entire country apparently. Anyway, they fixed, checked and double-checked and test drove a couple of times. No problems since then. Had to be embarassing for the dealership - I obviously was not thrilled about it, but they were great. Love the car! More
