Alan was incredibly knowledgeable and wouldn’t let us leave until we fully understood our new Santa Fe. He even made sure the sound system was perfectly balanced for the best audio experience—such a thoughtful touch! I was between two cars - the Cadillac IQ from Gateway and a fancy SUV down in Minneapolis. Both cars were great - lots of upside. But the service at Gateway?
