Great price on the new car. Jim Robertson did a great job in addressing our needs and showing us the Toyota Highlanders we would be interested in. Car Max offered me $3500 for my old 2003 Highlander. You offered $2500. Speaking of old school, I remember the days of Rusty Jones and Polyglycoat. Your protection package for $995 which could be done before I left brought back bad memories. Delay in getting the car due to backup in dealer prep required a return trip to your dealership. More
